My client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie with strong grill experience to provide relief cover within a busy kitchen in Dublin.

Position Overview:

As the Senior Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a busy grill section and ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, preparation and presentation throughout service. The ideal candidate will be a confident and experienced chef who can come into an established kitchen, quickly adapt to the operation and manage their section with minimal supervision.

This is a relief position offering up to €19.00 per hour depending on experience, with the potential for additional shifts for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• Previous Irish experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or experienced Chef de Partie
• Strong grill experience is essential
• Confident running a busy grill section independently
• Experience working within a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong cooking and food preparation skills
• Excellent understanding of HACCP, food safety and kitchen hygiene
• Ability to maintain quality and consistency during busy services
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Full working rights in Ireland
• Manual Handling and HACCP certification preferred

Responsibilities:

• Taking responsibility for the grill section throughout service
• Completing all required preparation and mise en place
• Preparing and cooking dishes consistently to the required standard
• Managing multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
• Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
• Ensuring the section remains clean, organised and service-ready
• Following all HACCP, food safety and health & safety procedures
• Monitoring stock levels and communicating requirements
• Supporting the wider kitchen team when required
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient service
